In 1963, Miss Florence Lutz was the chief dietitian at Druid City Hospital (now DCH Regional Medical Center). She is shown here inspecting trays and food while giving directions to Jessie Stallworth, dietary maid, for the serving of a noon meal. Miss Lutz began work at DCH in 1947.
She also was head of the Tuscaloosa Dietetic Association and past president of the state association.
