Lee Garrison was born and raised in Tuscaloosa, Alabama. Garrison graduated from the University of Alabama in 1997 with a Bachelor of Science in Commerce and Business Administration. He is currently Vice-President of Wells Fargo Insurance Services of Alabama, formerly Duckworth-Morris Insurance, and has been with the company since 1998. Garrison was voted to the Tuscaloosa City Council at the age of 22 and is currently serving his fourth term. He serves as Chairman for the City Council Finance Committee. Garrison is also Vice-Chairman of the Ol' Colony Golf Complex Board of Directors and is a member of the local Boy Scouts Board of Directors. He previously served on the Board of Directors for the American Red Cross of West Alabama, Board of Directors for the historic Jemison Van de Graff Mansion, Board of Directors for the Boys and Girls Clubs of West Alabama (former Chairman), Advisory Board for the Dr. John L. Blackburn Institute at the University of Alabama, and as Chairman of the Tuscaloosa Riverfront Public/Private Partnership Steering Committee.
