UA's first football team in 1892. Members of the team were not identified in the photo, but players on that team were: D.Y. Grayson, F.M. Savage, T.S. Frazier, D.H. (Daniel Holt) Smith, Eli Abbot, H. M. Pratt, R.E. L. Cope, D.C. McSmith, F.T. Bush (manager) G.H. (George Herbert) Kyser, Burr Ferguson, W.B. (William Brockman) Bankhead (later a congressman), W.G. Little (captain), Robert E. Boyles, W.M. Walker and H.G. McCants. The coach was E. B. Beaumont, a Pennsylvania man.
