Cpt. Thomas F. Dodson was killed in a plane crash in Italy on May 30, 1944. A. graduate Tuscaloosa High School, Dodson had attended the University of Alabama prior to entering the service. At the time of his death Captain Dodson was engaged to Miss Virginia Wiles. Captain Dodson was the son of Mr. and Mrs. E.L. Dodson. Mr. Dodson is a city court judge and state representative.
