1Lt. Benny R. Guy was killed on December 2, 1968, while serving with Company B, 2nd Battalion, 5th Calvary, 1st Calvary Division. Lt. Guy was the husband of Mrs. Charlotte Ann Stephens Guy and the son of Mr. and Mrs. Arthur Lee Guy of Big Sandy. Lt. Guy was a graduate of Tuscaloosa County High School and a member of Rosedale Baptist Church.
