Pfc. Henry C. Tisdale was killed on April 21, 1966, while serving with Company M, 3rd Battalion, 7th Marines, 1st Marine Division. Pfc. Tisdale was the son of Mrs. Jewel Tisdale Otts. Prior to entering the military, Pfc. Tisdale attended Tuscaloosa High School.
