Alabama Soldiers in the Korean War, 1950-1952, SFC Irving Van Horn was declared missing on November 27, 1950, while serving with Company H, 24th Infantry Regiment, 25th Infantry Division. SFC Van Horn was the son of Mrs. Mary Van Horn of Tuscaloosa. SFC Van Horn's remains were never recovered and he was presumed dead according to Ancestry.com. WWI, WWII, and Korean War Casualty Listings.
