To all who shall see these presents, Greeting: Know ye, that M. Friedman has attended and successfully completed the prescribed course of instruction at the Military Instruction Camp held under the auspices of the War Department of the United State at Plattsburgh, New York from August 10th to September 6th, one thousand nine hundred and sixteen.
Given under my hand at Plattsburgh N.Y., this sixth day of September, in the year of our Lord one thousand nine hundred and sixteen.
