Sergeant Jerry Dewayne Carver

Sgt. Jerry Carver was killed on June 26, 1970, while serving with Troop A, 3rd Squadron, 4th Calvary Regiment, 25th Infantry Division. Sgt. Carver was a graduate of Tuscaloosa High School and attended Livingston College prior to entering the Army. Sgt. Carver was the son of Mr. and Mrs. Vivin T. Carver. For his service Sgt. Carver was awarded a Bronze Star, Purple Heart, and other decorations.<br /><br /> Sgt.
