Description
In 1954, James "Big Jim" Folsom campaigned beside Hutchins Quick Lunch which was located on the southeast corner of the block that was the site of the Tuscaloosa County Courthouse. When the new courthouse was built, it consumed the whole block.
As a centennial project, the two Rotary Clubs of Tuscaloosa placed a clock on the corner of the property where Hutchins Quick Lunch stood. The clock is a replica of the clock that stands at the corner of University Boulevard and Greensboro Avenue.
