Lt James H. Cork was killed in the Philippines on February 12, 1945, while serving with the 152 Infantry, 38th Division. Lt. Cork lived in Tuscaloosa, attending the University of Alabama prior to his Army service. He was the son of Mr. and Mrs. R.S. Cork now of Atlanta.
